Reclaiming Your Power is for those who are ready to truly commit to the process of rebirthing themselves

Over 12 themed sessions, we work ‘one-on-one’ to address unconscious ideas, values and behaviour rooted in trauma, ancestral patterns and societal programming that are creating imbalances in your life.

​

This programme brings awareness to the ways through which we can become disconnected from the self and how this fragmentation can lead to us feeling as though we simply have no control in some areas of our lives.

Reclaiming Your Power realigns you with the capacity to step back into your sovereignty. It reminds you that the potential for magic in your life lies in understanding yourself better and in the decisions you make going forward.
