Terms and Conditions for booking a session with Cosmic Lion Healing

Refund policy: Please note that there is a 'no refund' policy. 

 

Rescheduling: If unable to make a session for whatever reason, you are welcome to let me know prior to the session and we will find another suitable time.

 

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, the session will be forfeited. This also applies to asking for a postponement during our scheduled time.

 

You are then welcome to book another session where you will be charged the full session rate again.

 

Cancellations: Please ensure that you are able to commit to the session before you secure your booking with payment as you will not receive a refund once payment is made.

 

Facilitator no-show: If the facilitator is a no-show for the session and does not ask to reschedule prior to the agreed upon time you are meant to meet, you are entitled to a full refund if you choose not to proceed with another time.​​​​
